Autumn Apple Salad Recipe
Lunch-time is the best time with this Autumn Apple Salad recipe! Keep things simple by using dried apple chips, candied pecans, and pickled onions. We have these prepped ingredients stocked on the shelves as an easy addition to your cooking.
Salad Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried apple chips
- ⅓ cup candied pecans
- 1 cooked & shredded chicken breast (or vegan alternative)
- 4 cups leafy greens
- ¼ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ⅓ cup cheese of choice
- Pickled onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Salad dressing of choice (or our recipe below)
Dressing Ingredients:
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a bowl. Whisk together well. Assemble the salad ingredients in a separate bowl and top with the dressing and pickled onions. Best served fresh.
