Homemade Gingerbread Latte Recipe

Skip the Starbucks line-up with our Homemade Gingerbread Latte Recipe! Made with almond milk instead of dairy for our plant-based friends. Deliciously paired with a ginger molasses cookie, this recipe serves two. (Or one big latte for those extra early work mornings.)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Coconut whipping cream

Instructions:

Combine the hot coffee, molasses, and maple syrup in a large mug. Place the almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a saucepan. Heat on medium until warm. Pour into a glass mason jar and seal tight with the lid. Shake until frothy and creamy. Pour the coffee mixture evenly into two mugs. Top both with the warm, spiced milk, coconut whipping cream, and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
