New Years Resolutions Check-In

With January almost over, we’re about a month into our New Years Resolutions. Are you still going strong, or have you fallen slightly off the wagon? Here are some simple ways to incorporate healthy habits, without the overwhelming pressure that comes along with a new year.
 
  1. Sip on a cup of green tea each morning
  2. Incorporate a piece of fresh fruit at snack time
  3. Include a serving of protein, vegetable, and complex carb at each meal
  4. Take a walk outside on your lunch break
  5. Put your electronics on airplane mode 30 minutes before bedtime
  6. Try a gentle yoga stretch video on YouTube
  7. Invest in a 40 oz water bottle for daily use
  8. Choose certain days of the week for no alcohol
  9. Journal positive intentions daily
  10. Try to get a well-rested sleep
  11. Remind yourself that you’re trying your best
