Plant-Based Christmas Tree Mini Pizzas
These Christmas Tree Mini Pizzas are always a huge hit on Christmas Eve! We've modified the original recipe to a plant-based version for our vegan friends. Put on the fireplace, get into your cozy pyjamas, pop on a Christmas movie, and enjoy this delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
- Plant-based puff pastry or pizza dough
- Pizza sauce
- Parmela Creamery mozzarella shreds
- The Very Good Butcher pepperoni
- Green pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400. Use a tree cookie cutter to cut out as many trees as possible from your pastry sheet or flattened pizza dough. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place them on top. Spread evenly with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese shreds, pepperoni, and chopped green pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
