Pumpkin Pie Oats Recipe

Looking for a cozy breakfast dish? These Pumpkin Pie Oats are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and topped with coconut whipping cream and candied pecans. 


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Coconut whipping cream
  • ½ cup candied pecans
  • Optional: Homemade pumpkin butter


Bring the water and almond milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add the salt and oats. Stir well to mix. Turn heat to low, cover with a lid, and let simmer for 20 minutes. The water should be fully absorbed and the oats should become tender. Remove from heat and add the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut whipping cream, candied pecans, extra cinnamon, and homemade pumpkin butter - if desired.
