Vegan Cranberry Grilled Cheese Recipe

Leftover cranberry sauce to eat up from Christmas dinner? Try this plant-based cranberry grilled cheese recipe using our vegan cheese slices from Parmela Creamery.


  • 2 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp leftover cranberry sauce
  • 2 Parmela Creamery cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or vegan butter spread)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp finely chopped, roasted pecans

Spread the cranberry sauce on the inside slices of the bread. Sprinkle with roasted pecans if desired. Top with the cheese slices and build your sandwich. Drizzle coconut oil on the outside slices of the bread. Heat a skillet on low with an extra drizzle of coconut oil. Add your sandwich and cook until the cheese has melted and the bread is a nice golden brown.
