Ingredients: Organic bread flour, Water, Organic whole wheat flour, Aluminum free baking soda, Potato starch.
Heating instructions:
In a pot, bring a copious amount of water to a boil. From frozen, add noodles directly into boiling water. Stir a few times to prevent the noodles from sticking. Cook about 90 seconds or until desired texture is attained. Drain and enjoy! (Rinse with cold water if using in salad to halt the cooking process).
